About the Summit

Alabama continues to lead the nation in the effort to eliminate cervical cancer as a public health problem. Since its 2023 launch, OPERATION WIPE OUT has made significant progress—advancing awareness, expanding HPV vaccination, and increasing screening and follow-up across the state.

This movement is made possible by a growing network of community partners, healthcare professionals, and advocates who share one vision: to make cervical cancer elimination a reality by 2033.

The 3rd Operation Wipe Out Summit will bring together public health leaders, healthcare providers, Rotary Club members, nonprofits, and civic organizations to celebrate achievements, strengthen partnerships, and chart the next phase of action toward eliminating cervical cancer in Alabama.
