About This Data
HPV vaccination figures are drawn from the ADPH Immunization Division's Immunization Patient Registry with Integrated Technology (ImmPRINT). Cervical cancer incidence and mortality figures are drawn from the Alabama Statewide Cancer Registry. Statewide estimates also reference the American Cancer Society's Cancer Facts & Figures 2026 and the CDC's Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System. Rates are age-adjusted to the 2000 U.S. standard population.
